Before you order: four quick checks

• Match the position and the type: this sensor is listed as an air ambient sensor; check where the old sensor sits in the indoor unit and compare its shape.
• Match the resistance, the plug and the cable length: the listing does not give them, so compare them with your old sensor, or send us a photo of it and the model of your unit on WhatsApp, before you order; a sensor of a different resistance can make the unit read the temperature wrongly.
• Check the unit: this sensor is listed for Napoleon split AC units; tell us the model of your indoor unit so that we can confirm the match.
• Switch off the power at the isolator before you open the indoor unit, and have the work done by a qualified technician.
