Before you order: four quick checks

• Match the model code: compare the code on your old thermostat with T6865-H2WB-R.
• Match the supply voltage and the wiring: this thermostat is listed for 24 V AC; check the voltage and the terminals printed on your old thermostat and on the unit, because a wrong voltage or wiring can damage the thermostat or the unit.

• Switch off the power at the isolator before you remove the old thermostat, label the wires, and have the work done by a qualified technician.
