Before you order: four quick checks

• Match the model code: compare the code of your guard, or the model of the thermostat it must cover, with BTG-K; guards of different codes can differ in size and shape, so compare the whole code.
• Check the size: the listing gives no dimensions, so measure the thermostat (height, width and depth, with its back plate) and send us the measurements, or a photo and the thermostat model, on WhatsApp before you order.
• Check the lock: this guard is listed with a lock; ask us whether the keys are supplied if you need them.
• If fitting the guard means removing or loosening the thermostat, switch off the power first and have the work done by a qualified technician.
