Before you order: four quick checks

• Check the oil your compressor needs: use the oil that the compressor maker specifies (it is on the compressor nameplate or in its manual) and compare its grade with SL68. Never mix different types of oil. The listing says this is a synthetic oil; do not use it in place of a mineral oil, or the other way round, unless the compressor maker allows it.
• Check the pack size: this oil is listed in a 3.78-litre pack; tell us how many packs you need.
• Keep the container tightly closed when you are not pouring, because refrigeration oil can absorb moisture from the air, and dispose of used oil as your local rules require.
• Wear gloves and eye protection when you handle oil and follow the safety data sheet of the product. Have the compressor serviced by a qualified refrigeration technician, and send us the compressor model and the oil you use now on WhatsApp so we confirm the match.
